Among the 150 largest U.S. cities, Oklahoma City was ranked as the 13th best run city.
WalletHub determined the operating efficiency of cities by comparing the quality of services residents receive against the city ’s per-capita budget.
Quality of Services was determined through a score made up of 38 metrics grouped into six service categories, including financial stability, education, health, safety, economy, infrastructure and pollution.
