Anyone who works at Homes By Taber can appreciate that this is a unique place. When we were recently informed that Homes By Taber’s team put us on the “Oklahoma’s Top Workplaces 2018” list, there was an attitude of “yeah, that’s right!” more than surprised at being selected.
Every year, The Oklahoman seeks nomination from workers around throughout Oklahoma, in categories of Large Companies (350 or more employees), Midsize Companies (125 to 349 employees), and Small Companies (less than 125 employees). A total of 24,619 workers responded with their feedback. With 72 team members, Homes By Taber earned the number three spot on the list of 40 Small Businesses.

“Statements relating to ‘Connection’ and ‘Alignment’ are consistently judged most important to employees, while statements about pay and benefits rate least important to workplace satisfaction.”
